On The Wave has always been a collaboration of all kinds of talents merged together, but all through its existence, the company has been led by:
John Ulliman has been working in interactive digital media since 1985 and in 1991 started his own studio, On The Wave Visual Communications, providing 2D and 3D graphics and animations for print, video and the web.
On The Wave has provided web solutions for companies like Adobe, Gap, Razorfish, VeriSign, Google, and Yahoo.
John is also an Adobe certified Expert and Instructor, and provides live and recorded instruction using Adobe tools for web and Rich Media design, including many DVDs with TotalTraining.com, as well as a number of how-to videos for Adobe Business Catalyst that can be found on Adobe TV.
Steve McGuire is a highly creative and multitalented designer, with emphasis on user experience, web development, e-mail marketing, illustration and information graphics. Steve possesses exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, and is a dynamic team player.
OTW Team Players
Tommi West is the Creative Director at tommiland.com. She is an author, digital media instructor, and freelance web designer. She writes product tutorials, learning guides, and technical documentation for Adobe.com. Prior to starting her own business in 2004, she worked at Macromedia for six years as a technical writer, editor, and web producer. Tommi is an Adobe Community Professional and often partners with On The Wave to produce projects.
